I haven’t listened to the year end podcast yet - I’m horrible at keeping up! lol - but did you guys skip from podcast 39 to 41? I just want to make sure I didn’t miss one! Thanks!

Anyway, I’m all caught up now on the podcasts. I agree with whoever said, and I’m paraphrasing here, Marvel is headed for some trouble because superhero movies can’t stat tent poles forever and they’re IPs aren’t as big as they think they are. (That being said, I’m *really* hoping Hulk and Iron Man end up in the same movie at some point and have an awesome superhero fight! lol I’m a fanboy at heart!)

Oh, also…I buy all my independent TPBs and graphic novels off of Amazon. I’m assuming Amazon buys them from the publisher at the same price as Diamond, so I’m not sure how buying books through the internet and not the direct market will hurt the independent books. If anything, I think it would help because they have a much better chance of getting recognized on-line than in a store choked with superhero product.
